The Mayo way

Bespoke, by hand

Mayo Leather is a bespoke leather house. Every piece is made to order — considered, personal, and crafted to be carried everywhere.

Saddle stitching cannot be done by machine. It is slower, and it is the reason a seam on a Mayo piece outlives the leather around it.

Our philosophy

Quiet luxury, everyday practicality

We believe the best pieces are the ones you reach for every day. Mayo bags balance casual elegance with genuine function — refined enough to elevate an outfit, practical enough to live with.

We work in premium leathers chosen to age beautifully, developing character and patina that make each piece truly yours over time.

Where Mayo began

Placeholder copy — replace with the real story. Suggested: what led you to leather, the first piece you made, why made-to-order rather than ready-made, and what you want a client to feel when they open the box.

Send us: 3–4 short paragraphs in your own words (Thai is fine — we will translate), plus the founder's name and the year the house began.

Materials

Chosen to last

We work in two families of leather. Grained leather is the everyday choice — resilient, softly textured, forgiving of a busy life. Calf box leather is smoother and more formal, with a clean surface that catches the light.

Both come in a palette that runs from black and espresso through cognac, navy and forest green to sand and oxblood. The exact colours available for each piece are shown as swatches on its product page.

Care & repair

Living with your piece

Keep the leather dry, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and store it stuffed and out of direct sunlight when it is resting.
To confirm — your guidance on drying and what a client should avoid doing.
To confirm — do you repair or refinish pieces you have made, and is there a charge? This is a strong reason for clients to choose bespoke, so it is worth stating clearly.
